Description
Calling clients for selling purposes, taking into account ethical norms and bank procedures;
Offering details regarding the product to be sold and the services related to it;
Proposing ways to improve the script and the sale techniques;
Providing constant feedback regarding market opportunities and client needs.
Requirements
Communicative person, team-player spirit, customer-oriented;
Problem-solving attitude, pro-active person;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, good knowledge of English (spoken and written), and previous experience in the financial system and call center environment would be a plus.
