For our client, a major global agricultural company devoted to products for seeds and crop protection, we are searching for a Logistic Coordinator
Description
This role is accountable for the transactional activities related to inventory management (goods receipts, goods issues, inventory adjustments, cycle count), logistics (delivery note creation, carrier booking management, consolidation of shipments) and overall contract administrator activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Executing inbound Goods Receipt and outbound Goods Issues;
Contracting administration related activities;
Creating Delivery Notes and transportation booking, management of loads consolidation;
Following up with the warehouse on the scheduled loads and the deliveries to our customers;
Short term management of the warehouse loading and storage capacity and carrier performance;
Oversight of the inventory cycle counts and inventory adjustments;
Checking the invoices provided by the warehouses and carriers;
Transportation booking of customer orders.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics activities;
University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Management;
Knowledge of information systems supporting logistics activities - SAP would be considered an advantage;
English mandatory; Hungarian knowledge is a strong differential for candidate;
Teamwork; Interpersonal relationship skills.
