For our client- a new GBS, providing integrated support functions and operational services for entities across Europe, with a focus on delivering standardised processes, efficiency, and business continuity at an international level - we are recruiting Talent Acquisition Specialists with German, from Timisoara or wiling to relocate.
Description
Acting as a central point of contact and advisor for hiring managers and various departments throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle- for German market;
Formulating attractive, target-group-specific job advertisements and publishing them on relevant local and global platforms;
Managing the complete applicant process from screening and interviewing to coordinating first working days, ensuring a unique and professional candidate experience;
Organizing and coordinating virtual and in-person interviews;
Managing administrative tasks such as contract management, data maintenance in digital files, and reference creation;
Colaborating with external local service providers for executive search to fill management roles.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a comparable background;
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR recruiting, or recruitment support, ideally within an industrial company or recruitment consultancy- for German market;
Experience in competency-based interviewing and knowledge of recruiting trends/market dynamics;
Knowledge of SAP HCM + SuccessFactors or other ATS;
Advanced level of English & German;
Ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and expand talent pools;
High service mentality with a focus on accuracy, detail, and solution-oriented thinking.
Excellent communication skills to interface effectively between recruiters, hiring managers, and applicants.
