For our client, one of the market leaders in the industrial raw materials distribution sector in Romania, we are seeking an Industrial Segment Manager (Food Ingredients).
Description
Providing technical support to the sales team regarding product details (additives, acidifiers, preservatives, oils, fats, colourants, and dehydrated vegetables in solid or puree form) ;
Developing and implementing the sales strategy for the designated industrial segment;
Managing and developing commercial relationships with existing and potential clients;
Identifying new market opportunities and proposing adequate technical/commercial solutions;
Collaborating with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability and optimal delivery to clients;
Monitoring industry trends, competition, and the evolution of raw material prices;
Participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry-relevant events;
Periodically reporting sales performance and proposing corrective actions.
Requirements
Proven experience working with food ingredients, specifically additives, oils, fats, and dehydrated vegetables;
Deep understanding of industrial materials and applications within the food manufacturing sector;
Proficiency in PC operation and CRM systems;
Category B driving license and willingness to travel;
Minimum intermediate level of English.
