For our client, the largest integrated energy company in South-Eastern Europe coming from the Oil&Gas Industry, we are searching for a Senior Expert Project Support
Description
Enables operational and financial excellence;
Monitors, supports and reports on implementation of the Division's strategy;
Coordinates inter-company interfaces, facilitates cross-divisional collaboration and maintains effective relationships with relevant stakeholders;
Manages required processes reference inter-company activities, financial and operational planning and result reporting and monitoring;
Organizes and maintains KPI’s database for allocated responsibilities, supporting the divisional activities;
Acts as team member for materialization of growth opportunities, in line with business strategy; responsible for dedicated work streams within the project organizational structure;
Supervises preparation of required process documentation for developed activities (contracts, request for services, procedures, activity reports etc);
Provides expertise and support for the project value assurance process within the Division;
Seeking ways to improve processes, procedures and guidelines;
Builds and maintains stakeholder network covering internal functions, as well as external peers;
Prepares board presentations, board documents and strategic analysis, upon request.
Requirements
>5 years of Process Management/Controlling/Performance Management experience;
Experience in energy field, a focus on gas and/or power markets being a plus;
Analytical thinking, creativity, openness towards innovative approaches;
Proven experience in development of innovative and impactful solutions;
Situational leadership with regards to different target groups;
Strategic thinking ability, pro-active attitude and initiative;
Experience in navigating ambiguity and change;
Business sense and focus on chances and opportunities;
Deep understanding of value business drivers;
Positive attitude, ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team, even in a virtual environment;
Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally to align internal and external stakeholders.
