Business Development Manager - West Area

Company description


For our client, a company specializing in fuel card and integrated mobility solutions for commercial transport and fleet operators across Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (West Area).

Description


Identifying targeted prospects and securing new business opportunities within the commercial road transport sector;
Building a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, field visits, and social selling activities;
Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and customer onboarding;
Developing and nurturing customer relationships to maximize account growth and retention;
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and ensuring a high level of service and support;
Driving the growth of fuel card solutions and promoting value-added mobility services;
Delivering agreed targets for sales volume, margin, and service penetration;
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity and maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

Requirements


Minimum of 3 years field-based sales experience, ideally within fuels, logistics, commercial road transport, or fleet services sectors;
Proficient in English as well as native language;
Proven track record in business development and field sales within fuels, logistics, commercial road transport, or fleet services;
Strong full-cycle sales capability, including planning, prospecting, negotiation, and customer support;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term commercial relationships;
Driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the counties in Western Romania.
