We are looking for super Business Development Managers to join our super teams in Brasov and in Craiova.
The role will be focused on managing end to end sales processes for HR services – identifying business opportunities, cold calling, thorough research process, identifying clients’ needs and preparing custom made solutions and commercial offers, leading the negotiation process and ensuring that the development of the contract is in accordance with the agreed terms.
Of course, preparing and presenting reports are also part of the game, as well as acting as a consultant on various HR matters.


Fluency in English.
Background in a consultancy company.
Strong track record of entering, negotiating and developing new business opportunities within strategic accounts.
Consultative, relationship based sales style and proven success exceeding sales quota.
Creative, strategic thinker and problem solver.
An independent self-starter who appreciates and respects working in a team.
Adaptable and customer focused. Our customers are the reason for which we exist!
Strong written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to create professional sales proposals and contracts. That is: switching for formal to friendly and back to legal terminology in a snap.
Thorough understanding and perspective over the HR services market.
