Description
Identifying new markets and potential clients to expand the client base, ensuring long-term business growth;
Introducing and presenting company products, highlighting their unique features to attract even the most demanding clients;
Collaborating with the management team to create and implement business strategies aimed at achieving ambitious objectives;
Negotiating business terms and strategies, ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams;
Creating tailored offers that meet the specific needs and desires of client;
Supporting, coordinating, and motivating the sales team to achieve superior performance and sustainable results.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management;
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
Driving license and availability to travel.
