For our client, an important manufacturer and seller of construction materials needed across the country, we are looking for a Site Manager with experience in quarry or sand and gravel pit operations.
Description
Ensure the profitability of the site;
Participate in budget preparation;
Optimize production and operations, manage relations with suppliers and subcontractors;
Supervise site production and manage deposit operations;
Plan production and monitor its progress with set objectives for quality, safety, and the environment;
Manage personnel, lead and motivate the management team;
Ensure compliance with labor legislation.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quarry or sand and gravel pit operations;
Experience in organizing and managing teams;
Technical university degree in mechanics, electrical engineering, or mining.
