For our client, a world leader in engineering and drilling activities and in the development of major projects in the energy and infrastructures sectors we are recruiting an Office Assistant.
Executing clerical activities according to requirements;
Uploading data in the dedicated Information Systems;
Archiving paper and electronic documentation as required;
Offering support in preparing reports and data analysis;
Preparing the Delivery Orders, Work Orders, Transport Requests and Purchase Request in accordance with the information gathered from the other departments;
Preparing the monthly timesheet for workshop personnel.
Fluent in English (strong communication skills, both verbal and written);
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
