For our client, an important humanitarian organization, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Coordinating and managing the administrative functions;
Providing support and assistance for top management;
Organizing various company events;
Handling meetings protocol;
Ordering supplies and maintaining the relationship with the existing suppliers, in order to improve the cost efficiency of the company;
Preparing company’s correspondence;
Providing administrative support for all departments.
Organized, dynamic, able to work with multiple tasks;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Computer knowledge (MS Office);
Fluent in English.
