For our client, a global company which offers management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, we are looking for a Receptionist.
Handling incoming calls, greeting and directing employees and visitors;
Providing general information regarding restaurants, directions, taxi service, etc.;
Processing workspace and conference space requests via internal reservation system, managing the optimal utilization and rooms statuses, including cleanness of the space;
Creating, analyzing, editing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
Creating purchase orders and maintaining office supplies inventory;
Performing administrative duties;
Issuing building access cards to visitors.
Having good communication skills;
Having previous experience in using Word and Excel applications;
Good organizational skills and attention to details.
