For our client, an important company from Real Estate sector, we are looking for an Operations Manager.
Tracking weekly occupancy rates through reports generated by Rental team;
Reporting trends in apartment showings and rentals;
Working with CEO, Rental Manager and PR Firm to create and execute marketing plan;
Tracking marketing plan success-leads conversion to tenants;
Modifying marketing plan to increase conversion of leads;
Identifying and communicating with potential sources for leads;
Communicatig with new tenant post- move-in regarding process, needs, questions they may have;
Sending survey to tenant at 6 month and 10 months from contract signing;
Ensuring tenant complaints/issues addressed timely;
Ensuring information about vacancies are known by all managers, sales responsible;
Ensuring vacated apartments are inspected and report prepared and Nota sent to tenant for damages-maintenance responsible;
Ensuring vacant apartments returned to market quickly, maintenance responsible for the cleaning/repair;
Reviewing collections report weekly to ensure rent/utilities are paid on-time;
Monitoring the end of contract payments of rent/utilities and damages;
Reporting to CEO on operations of all rental buildings, tenant services and staff management.
Management experience in relevant fields: real estate, leasing, facilities;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Problem solving, hard-working and professional attitude;
Excellent English language skills - verbal and written.
