For our client, a company specialized in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry, we are looking for a dynamic Business Developer located in Bucharest, Timisoara, or Iasi.
Description
Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the industrial, production, and logistics sectors;
Engaging potential clients to uncover pain points and offering tailored integrated FM solutions (Soft & Hard Services);
Conducting site visits and evaluating technical requirements to differentiate between various equipment types;
Generating Requests for Quotation (RFQs) by convincing stakeholders of the added value and operational excellence of the company services;
Preparing calculations for FM services while maintaining a sharp overview of market price levels and competitor strategies;
Driving the full sales cycle from initial cold calling and prospecting through to contract negotiation and final closing;
Collaborating closely with technical and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition and implementation during the first month of new contracts;
Managing and updating the sales pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring a clear transition from lead to opportunity.
Requirements
Solid background in sales and business development within Facility Management, Property Management, or technical service industries;
Proven track record of independently building and accelerating a robust sales pipeline through proactive market penetration;
Negotiation and presentation skills, with a focus on simplifying complex technical solutions to secure long-term contract closings.
