For our client, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager.


Leading and owning all aspects of the company people agenda;
Designing, implementing and evaluating a broad range of strategic and operational activities that will help transform the company into a market leading business;
Facilitating the delivery of critical goals in the strategic objectives, in partnership with the executive colleagues;
Ensuring the human resources roadmap is flexible and scalable to evolve with organisational changes expected in a rapidly evolving business;
Working closely with the CEO, the key members of local and the Group' s teams to create alignment and harness the synergies;
Possessesing the intellectual acumen, professional rigor, relevant change experience and appetites to build a category leading business in a complex and evolving sector.


Minimum 7 years in HR/People Ops related functions, with a broad range of HR functions, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding;
Prior success in driving organisational change aspects of transformation programmes, from conception to completion involving restructure and M&A activities;
A hands-on collaborator, able to span the demands of strategic projects and operational detail with ease;
Previous experience acting as a trusted advisor to management regarding HR issues;
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices and the related regulatory environment;
Ability to conduct special projects that may be of a complex nature and entail advanced knowledge and understanding of a particular area within HR arena;
Experience and proven results driving positive change and influencing corporate culture;
Continual learner who will champion our learning/professional development programs;

Highly organized and proactive to effectively manage multiple work streams;
Sound judgement when dealing with highly confidential information;
Extensive knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices;

Proactively stay current year-round with regulatory and various HR-related information;
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business-related discipline;
SHRM-CP and/or HRBP certification are strongly preffered.
