On behalf of our client in the Digital Advertising and Rich Media industry, we are looking for a Bucharest-based Business Development Director to maximize their market presence and business growth in Romania.
Descriere
Leading and spearheading commercial growth across Romania, while laying the groundwork for potential future regional expansion;
Actively mapping the local market, independently initiating contact, and pitching outstanding creative advertising solutions to secure new briefs from digital media agencies;
Leveraging industry connections to network directly with Media Planners and Trading Departments to accelerate the negotiation and signing of commercial agreements;
Crafting and presenting dynamic, customized live-case demonstrations tailored precisely to the specific client portfolios of each agency team;
Working closely with a dedicated Account Manager and a specialized operational support team to ensure flawless post-sales campaign management;
Focusing heavily on driving initial revenue growth to actively take part in recruiting, building, and managing a local sales team in the future;
Operating as a highly independent business developer in Bucharest, while seamlessly aligning the pipeline, metrics, and strategy with the international headquarters.
Cerințe
Proven experience selling online advertising solutions (Rich Media, Display, Ad-Tech, or Publisher Inventory) with a solid network of media planners and trading departments;
Ability to independently pitch products, initiate contacts, and negotiate commercial terms;
Active sales professional with the mindset, interest, and capability to transition into a Head of Sales role and build a local team down the road;
Excellent command of English, ready to drive local growth while working seamlessly with remote international operational and graphics teams.
