We are seeking a visionary Head of GBS Launch & HR Service Director to step in as a foundational leader and drive the launch of a globally serving GBS hub. In this high-impact strategic role, you will have the unique opportunity to build an elite service team from the ground up, shaping the culture, processes, and operational excellence of the global delivery model from day one.

Directing the global GBS launch and architectural design by operating as the foundational executive to establish the globally serving hub, while leading the greenfield setup, talent acquisition, and strategic scaling of all cross-functional teams from the ground up;
Orchestrating end-to-end GBS operations and governance by driving strategic alignment, continuous improvement, and the daily operational delivery of the entire GBS hub across all functional tracks to consistently exceed corporate service level agreements (SLAs);
Steering internatiotinal HR operations and data-driven governance by positioning the global HR Service department as a metric-driven powerhouse, while converting complex personnel data into high-impact, actionable insights for C-suite decision-making;
Championing system-wide digital HR transformation by serving as the primary regional executive owner for the seamless deployment, rollout, and continuous optimization of standardized HQ-defined processes and enterprise tools like SAP SuccessFactors;
Revolutionizing talent acquisition architecture and the candidate journey by governing the end-to-end recruitment strategy across all seniority levels;
Pioneering AI-driven innovation and operational automation by driving the corporate transition toward a next-generation.

Cerințe


Senior leadership experience in directing other leaders and building high-performing teams within GBS or Shared Services environments;
Strong analytical and change management skills to monitor HR dashboards, drive SLA-backed operational measures, and lead teams smoothly through technological shifts;
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all hierarchy levels, with the ability to find collaborative solutions in high-stakes moments;
Fluent proficiency in English (with German highly valued as an advantage), backed by a university degree in Business Administration, Psychology (M.Sc.), or Human Resources.
