Site Manager (Civil Engineering / Construction) - PV Projects

For our client, a leading company that provides EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions for large-scale PV power plants, we are looking for a Site Manager.
Descriere
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations collaborating closely with the Quality team;
Ensure execution of civil works in compliance with technical specifications, and quality standards;
Monitor construction progress and address technical issues;
Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams;
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Cerințe
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
Proven experience in construction projects (preferably energy);
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management;
Familiarity with HSE standards and regulations is preferably;
English - fluent.
Willingness to travel and work on-site (Western Romania: Arad-Timisoara).
