For our client, a major automotive component maker, we're looking for an HR Manager.
Descriere
Coordinating the current activity of Human Resources Department members;
Generating the human resources procedures and policies, as part of the general management strategy of the company;
Coordinating and monitoring the implementation process of performance planning and performance appraisal, using MBO policies;
Proposing and leading projects on organizational development: organizational chart and job descriptions regular evaluation, positioning chart, roles and competencies within the company;
Providing solutions to solving labor conflicts;
Aiding in negotiating collective labor contracts;
Partnering with departments and international teams to establish, implement, and monitor short-term and long-term objectives for driving business results. Aligns HR and business strategy.
Contributing to workforce planning processes and developing operating initiatives supporting organizational objectives.
Monitoring and ensuring ongoing compliance with appropriate legal requirements.
Supervising the payroll.
Cerințe
Minimum 3 years in HR (1+ years in a similar position);
Advanced English;
Proven experience in performance management, recruiting and selection, personnel development strategy, organizational change and development, conflict management, and project management;
Proven leadership skills, excellent communication skills.
