For our client, a company specialized in the distribution of food and beverage products, we are looking for a Traditional Trade Manager for beverages division.
Descriere
Coordinate the team of field sales agents;
Create strategies to grow the client portfolio within the traditional retail channel;
Manage commercial relationships with existing customers and negotiate new contracts;
Ensure sales targets are met and oversee debt recovery;
Verify and implement commercial campaigns in the field;
Collaborate actively with logistics, controlling, and marketing departments.
Cerințe
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally within the beverage industry and traditional trade channel;
Proven experience in leading a sales team;
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial planning skills;
Familiarity with distribution and merchandising processes;
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with local retailers;
Driving license.
