For our client, the world leader in secure connectivity solutions for embedded applications, we are looking for a Front Office Receptionist.
Descriere
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience;
Managing phone calls and messages promptly and accurately;
Handling daily correspondence and deliveries, recording and distributing them promptly;
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure efficient information flow and administrative support;
Managing the inventory of reception supplies and placing orders as needed.
Scheduling and coordinating the use of meeting rooms, including ensuring proper preparation and necessary equipment;
Providing logistical support for organizing internal and external events.
Cerințe
Excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English, fluent in written and spoken forms;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for efficiently managing multiple tasks;
Ability to handle visitor and caller interactions professionally, maintaining a calm and friendly attitude;
Experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Proactivity and initiative in problem-solving and supporting the team;
Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
