Partner Development Manager - Recruit 18 months contract

Description


Research Industry and customer needs to identify where the organization has gaps in its portfolio of partners to meet customer needs and recruit new Partners in the marketplace;
Identify opportunities to disrupt the marketplace with new and differentiated solutions and services that can transform business for customers;
Engage at the very highest level of executives building trust and by developing comprehensive joint Partner business plans to identify short and long-term strategic goals and tactical execution;
Identify an effective path to market with solutions and Go-To-Market (GTM) activities;
Orchestrate relationships between the partners technical, sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets;
Drive performance management of partners through monthly/quarterly reviews to review overall business performance across the organization and to measure against partners’ transformation goals and business plan;
Drive continuous portfolio optimization of partners’ performance as measured by revenue, pipeline health, cloud consumption, usage and partner impact;
Develop strategic content that will allow better positioning of our partnership internally and externally.

Requirements


+3 years experience in core sales, partner channel development, business development, alliance management in the technology industry;
Executive presence and ability to influence business leaders through business value propositions;
Experience with cloud platforms, capabilities and development of new solutions that generate partner growth and innovation, with a reasonable level of technical proficiency;
Strong experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies;
Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment;
Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills;
Strong communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort;
Fluent Romanian and English levels are required for this role;
Required Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Operations). Master's in Business or Finance or Information Technology will be considered as an advantage.
