National Key Account Manager

Company description

For our client, an important player on the FMCG market (food category) we are looking for a National Key Account Manager to take on the challenge of handling the portfolio on the Modern Trade market.


Managing long-term relationship with the assigned accounts, monitoring orders and making sure targets are met, as well as investigating and solving all issues encountered in relationship with the accounts;
Negotiating the annual commercial contracts for all accounts;
Listing new products and planning all promotional activities (leaflets, catalogues, displays) for already existing and new entries in the portfolio;
Networking with the national accounts in order to maximize the sales;
Holding regular meetings with shareholders regarding the key accounts, as well as preparing and presenting reports regarding the evolution of the accounts;
Partnering in the key account management with the field manager and the merchandising agency in order to maximize sales;
Organizing market visits with the operational team;
Coordinating the field managers;
Coodinating the merchandising agency;
Organizing market visits with the operational team;
Market prices monitorization;
Creating montly and yearly forecasts and preparing quarterly and yearly sales presentations;
Analyzing Nielsen reports;
Coordinating with Industrial department for coming promotions or other marketing initiatives.


Minimum 5 years Key Account Manager in IKA – FMCG experience in food industry;
Driving licence;
Proficiency in English;
Proactive, fond of new challenges, excellent relating and networking skills, positive attitude.
