We are looking for an HR Specialist, for one of our clients, a multinational company which provides total EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) solutions for the professional industry.
Providing HR support to the organization in all aspects of human resources: recruitment, employee relations, administration, and development;
Advising managers and employees on human resources issues, policies, procedures, and practices;
Developing strong partnerships with all departments to positively influence organizational performance and results;
Administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel, including HR policies and procedures;
Updating and keeping employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status;
Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy;
Promoting job opening using various channels of recruitment;
Sourcing, selecting, and interviewing the candidates to fulfill the company’s vacancies.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR department with a focus on recruitment and personnel administration;
Strong organizational and analytical skills;
Proactive attitude, adaptable and flexible;
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken - mandatory;
MS Office knowledge is required, and SAP knowledge is preferable.
