We are looking for a driven and experienced Telesales Manager to lead a team of 10 telesales agents in promoting and selling our client transportation and logistics services. This is a key leadership role focused on strategy, performance, coaching, and results.
Description
Identifying new opportunities for growth, including lead generation techniques and market expansion;
Collaborating with marketing and operations departments to align sales campaigns and service capabilities;
Conducting regular performance reviews, setting clear goals, and fostering a results-oriented culture;
Leading and motivating a telesales team of 10 to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets;
Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement;
Coaching and training team members to enhance communication, negotiation, and sales skills;
Handling escalated client issues and supporting the closing of strategic deals when necessary;
Reporting on sales performance to senior management and contributing to forecasting and budgeting;
Ensuring CRM systems are updated with accurate client data and sales progress.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or Team Leader, ideally in transportation, logistics, or a B2B service sector;
Fluent in English and strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), and telesales performance management;
Exceptional leadership and team management skills;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities;
Results-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach to achieving sales goals.
