For our client, one of the largest global manufacturers, suppliers and technology developers, we are recruting a Technical Manager.
Description
Developing and implementing local service procedures and complying with internal policies;
Managing the local technical service team, coordinating pre-sales and post-sales support;
Developing and supporting a network of technical service partners;
Providing product/solution support and training and presentations for marketing/sales/key accounts (level 2);
Providing support for sales/key accounts in technical questions and training and presentations (level 2);
Preparing customized solutions for customers;
Supervising translations/technical documentation and proofreading of user manuals, drivers or any technical text in the local language;
Supporting pre-sales activities by participating in fairs, conferences and other relevant events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or a related field;
Additional certifications (e.g. Project Management – PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, AutoCAD Electrical, ANRE);
At least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role;
Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget;
Strong team management and mentorship capabilities;
Fluency in English.
