For our client, a global manufacturer and supplier of electronic equipment, we are looking for a Technical Service Manager.
Description
Developing & Maintaining local Service & support procedure & following policy & guideline;
Building up & managing the network of technical service partners;
Offering support for Sales/Key accounts in technical questions & Trainings & Presentations (2nd level);
Managing local technical service team, including external Helpdesk services, and coordination of presales support;
Preparing custom solutions for key customers;
Supervising all IT-related issues in the office (setup, maintenance);
Supervising the technical translation/documentation and proofreading of the user manual, drivers, or any technical text in the local language;
Supervision of compliance with ISO 14001 standards, preparing reports;
Offering support for presales activities by participating in trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field;
A good understanding of ActiveDirectory, Cloud, and system integration;
Advanced knowledge of the English language – written and verbally
Good communication, adaptability, and demonstrated ability to build relationships and encourage teamwork to help achieve business goals.
