For our client, a global leader company in the retail market, we are looking for a Store Manager.
Description
Overseeing the operations of the store and managing its personnel;
Maintaining daily cleanliness standards, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating product deliveries and documentation;
Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and Retail Pro manual for product receiving and delivery;
Managing inventory, monitoring stock movement, and coordinating transfers between trade units as needed;
Taking action to achieve sales objectives, ensuring excellent customer service, and addressing customer needs and concerns;
Reporting on competition and market trends, managing cash register operations, and coordinating store activities per financial and accounting standards;
Developing and maintaining effective store schedules, coordinating personnel, and ensuring adequate staffing levels;
Implementing sales and marketing activities, managing in-store displays, and training sales associates on visual merchandising techniques;
Monitoring and managing store expenses, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations;
Taking actions against theft and ensuring work safety protocols are followed by the store team.
Requirements
English - professional working;
2+ years of proven experience in retail, sports retail constitutes an advantage;
Proven leadership abilities;
Proactive and flexible;
Excellent communication & cross group collaboration skills.
