For our client, a multinational company, we are looking for a Clinical Site Manager.
Description
Directing and organizing site operations and ongoing projects;
Supervising and supporting the on-site team;
Maintaining adherence to company procedures, regulations, and quality benchmarks;
Engaging with international management and key stakeholders;
Managing facility operations, safety protocols, and infrastructure;
Tracking financial results and supporting P&L objectives;
Leading process improvements and strategic initiatives;
Assuming site administrative responsibilities, including regulatory compliance;
Implementing and sustaining health, safety, and environmental practices;
Representing the organization externally with auditors, regulators, and business partners.
Requirements
Proven experience in project and team management, including leading multidisciplinary teams;
Financial acumen, including monitoring site-level P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization;
Proficiency in digital tools, including clinical data systems, project management software, and standard office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Fluent English – both written and spoken.
