For our client, a group of companies with over 100 years of history in the position of key supplier on the European mobility services market, we are looking for a Senior Accountant.
Description
Keeping the accounting of all operational and related financial processes;
Managing and controlling the accounting of car acquisitions;
Reconciling fixed assets monthly;
Preparing, recording, and reviewing depreciation entries;
Accounting and controlling client guarantees;
Issuing final adjustment invoices;
Managing accounting and control of insurance costs;
Handling accounting and control of cash expenses and petty cash;
Reconciling and monitoring customer balances, including direct communication;
Supporting the VAT declaration process;
Performing account analysis and implementing necessary adjustments;
Providing accounting for damages and insurance-related operations;
Managing the internal expense accounting and reimbursement processes;
Supporting monthly closings and reporting as per instructions from the Chief Accountant;
Complying with internal rules and procedures related to finance and safety regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in general accounting;
University degree (economic studies is a plus);
English language at a medium to advanced level (minimum B1);
Demonstrating good command of MS Office, especially Excel;
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (or similar ERP).
