Sales Controller (Analyst)
For our client - an international accounting, tax, audit, advisory and business services group that operates across the UK, Nordics and Romania, we are looking for a Sales Controller (Analyst) in Timisoara.
You will be responsible for sales quality controls and support the sales teams in the Nordic countries on operational tasks together with the Sales Controller (Analyst) function.
Conducting a monthly internal quality control of closed sales processes in the Nordic countries;
Ensuring that deviances are reported and followed up in due time;
Assisting in quality assurances;
Proposing measures to optimize the quality control process, tools and guidelines;
Preparing and implementing materials and guidelines to improve the quality methodologies;
Assuring support on operational sales activities;
Assisting in coaching sessions with the CRM users;
Preparing accurate reports using qualitative data from internal and external sources;
Being part of the process of creating Nordic templates and sales SOPs;
Performing administrative tasks and other ad hoc activities;
Monthly reporting of sales data;
Presenting reports to the management;
Updating and maintaining templates and documents.
Bachelor degree within Business and Administration(BBA)/ Economics or related fields, is an advantage;
Over 2 years of working experience in the field;
One year of reporting experience;
Excellent Microsoft Office and Google apps skills;
Fluent in English - written and spoken;
Experience with CRM and Tableau systems is a plus;
A professional and commercial understanding for sales processes;
Effective communication skills, with the ability to give clear and precise feedback;
Organized and structured mindset;
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
