For our client, a rapidly growing business backed by a private investment fund and pursuing an ambitious expansion and consolidation strategy in the fitness industry, we are looking for four Regional Managers, each responsible for a specific geographical area to be assigned based on the company's growth plans and operational needs.
Description
Assuming full operational and accountability for all clubs within the designated region, ensuring adherence to service quality standards and realization of revenue, cost, and profitability targets;
Contributing to the network expansion by actively scouting and evaluating potential new locations;
Assessing greenfield development opportunities and acquisition targets by analyzing deal feasibility, investment requirements, strategic alignment, and recommended equity positioning;
Actively supporting and contributing to the hiring and staffing for clubs within their region;
Overseeing technical operations and coordinating cleaning and maintenance services across all club locations;
Providing direct, day-to-day leadership to club teams, reinforcing the company's mission and operating principles through visible, hands-on management;
Assisting in capital mobilization efforts as required, helping to position the company to achieve its growth, market share, and financial milestones;
Monitoring to maintain all physical equipment and fixed assets in proper working order, ensuring regular inspection and preventive maintenance protocols are followed;
Promoting and verifying the consistent application of SOPs across all clubs within the region;
Ensuring that property upkeep procedures and facility management standards are consistently applied across all clubs;
Enforcing sanitation and hygiene protocols across all club facilities in the region, maintaining a clean and safe environment for members and staff;
Identifying operational deficiencies and actively participating in the implementation of corrective measures;
Reporting promptly to the COO and CEO any risks, adverse developments, or situations that may negatively affect business performance;
Ensuring that member personal data and privacy obligations are respected in accordance with applicable law;
Upholding and modeling professional conduct and communication standards consistent with company values.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing multiple locations within a region, delivering on service quality, revenue, and profitability targets simultaneously;
Advanced English proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite;
Driving licence&willingness to travel and work in the field;
Strong communication, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
