Company description
For our client, a global company which offers management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, we are looking for a Receptionist.
Description
Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival and directing them to the appropriate department or individual;
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, ensuring prompt message delivery to the intended recipient;
Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access at the reception desk (monitoring the logbook, issuing visitor badges, and compiling security reports);
Performing clerical duties, such as printing, stamping, photocopying, scanning, and archiving documents;
Maintaining an organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents;
Organizing courier deliveries, sorting, and announcing internal correspondence;
Providing logistical support for office events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up spaces, booking meeting rooms, assisting with audio-visual equipment, and ensuring all necessary stationery is available;
Ordering front office supplies and maintaining stock inventory;
Keeping the reception area clean and tidy;
Assisting with office maintenance tasks, including coordinating with cleaning staff, managing equipment repair or replacement, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment;
Liaising with Facilities Management to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
