For one of our clients, a multinational computer technology corporation and the second-largest software company in the world, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (LiveLabs).
Description
Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, Content Authors, and Program Managers to ensure LiveLabs workshops meet high quality and usability standards;
Testing LiveLabs workshops end-to-end, validating steps, commands, screenshots, environment provisioning, behavior, and overall user experience;
Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects with clear, reproducible steps and verifying fixes once resolved;
Providing first-level support to workshop authors and LiveLabs users, troubleshooting issues efficiently and communicating solutions clearly;
Ensuring adherence to LiveLabs publishing standards, templates, and processes to maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date content;
Reviewing content for clarity, completeness, and consistency, proactively identifying gaps, outdated information, or usability issues;
Improving QA workflows, checklists, and testing processes to reduce friction and raise overall content quality;
Validating content readiness for major releases, themed seasons, and large-scale enablement events;
Advocating for the end-user experience to ensure LiveLabs remains intuitive, reliable, and frustration-free.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience (over 3 years) in Quality Assurance, software testing, technical support, content QA, or equivalent hands-on technical work;
Strong attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to testing and documentation;
Ability to troubleshoot issues in cloud-based, platform, or technical environments;
Experience using issue tracking and version control tools such as Jira, Git, or comparable systems;
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams;
Proven willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and quality processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-based development or testing workflows;
Experience validating hands-on labs, technical documentation, or developer-focused content;
Basic proficiency in command-line tools or scripting (e.g., Bash, SQL);
Experience supporting users or providing structured technical assistance;
Understanding of structured content systems, metadata management, or template-driven publishing workflows.
