For our client, a leading company specializing in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) solutions for utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) power plants, we are looking for a PV Project Manager willing to relocate to London, UK, following an initial onboarding period in Romania.

Description
Contract & Stakeholder Management
Support the bidding process, serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal project team;
Participate in meetings with existing and potential clients on industry events and conferences;
Understand and manage project delivery in accordance with FIDIC-based EPC contracts and CfD regulations;
Ensure effective communication, coordination, and reporting across all parties.
Project Planning & Execution
Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of PV EPC projects in compliance with contracts, technical specifications, and quality standards;
Follow project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with the client and internal stakeholders;
Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation.
Schedule Control & Delivery
Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery in line with CfD milestones;
Track progress against milestones and contractual obligations;
Identify and mitigate risks, delays, and issues affecting delivery.
Compliance Management
Manage project contracts, change orders, and claims in line with FIDIC or similar frameworks;
Ensure compliance with HSE, ESG, and local regulatory requirements;
Oversee subcontractor performance and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Quality, HSE & Reporting
Work with QHSE, Technical and other functions and other internal parties to ensure all works are performed according to design, quality, and safety requirements;
When needed conduct and lead site meetings, inspections, and audits;
Prepare periodic progress reports and management summaries.
Requirements
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience managing utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) EPC projects;
Proven experience coordinating the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution through commissioning and handover;
Solid understanding of EPC project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and subcontractor coordination;
Experience working closely with clients, subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams;
Good knowledge of HSE and quality requirements applicable to construction projects;
Fluent English (spoken and written);
Willingness to relocate to the UK after the onboarding period in Romania;
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills;
Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude.
