For our client, one of the top players on the consumer credit market, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage the project team that is responsible for achieving the project objectives within the framework of scope, quality, costs and deadlines.


Acting as the enabler and facilitator of the transversal cooperation and solidarity within the entity and beyond the entity with the other countries, the Regional and IT Shared Service Center teams;
Establish meaningful relationships, unify and motivate the project members to work collectively as a team for the success of the project;
Leading the project team to meet the project's objectives and stakeholders expectations and working to balance the constraints on the project with the resources available;
Managing scope to ensure that the project includes all the work required to complete the project successfully;
Managing schedule to ensure the timely completion of the project;
Managing cost, including planning, estimation, budgeting, financing, funding and controlling costs so the project can be completed within the approved budget;
Managing risk through conducting risk management planning, identification, analysis, response planning, response implementation and monitoring risk;
Managing quality by means of planning and controlling the project and product quality requirements, in order to meet stakeholders expectations;
Managing resources: identify, acquire, and manage the resources needed for the project;
Managing communication to ensure timely and appropriate planning, creation, distribution, storage, control, monitoring and ultimate disposition of project information;
Managing stakeholders: identify the people, the groups, or organizations that could impact or be impacted by the project, to analyze stakeholders expectations and their impact on the project, and to develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decision and execution;
Enabling and enhancing the operational integration of the project output to support the delivery of the investment gains;
Contributing with knowledge and expertise to others within the profession at the local and regional levels.


To succeed in this role you will need to have:

Project management and Lean 6 Sigma certification would be a plus;
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, Visio;
Good verbal and written communication skills (English required at least B2);
Assess and assume responsibilities;
Autonomous and able to act proactively when risks are involved;
Relationship skills, flexible and consultative approach from planning to execution;
At least 5 years experience on a similar position;
Education background with bachelor degree;
Experience in the banking industry and business processing modeling will be a plus;
Able to prioritize and to work on multiple projects with short deadlines;
Needs the ability and ambition to make change happen in a matrix managed environment.
