We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Production Manager on behalf of our client.
Description
Managing and developing the production and maintenance teams, overseeing recruitment, performance evaluations, and technical knowledge transfer;
Coordinating the end-to-end production process, from raw materials receipt to final delivery;
Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S tools to eliminate waste and optimize industrial flows;
Budgeting and executing annual operational plans, department budgets, and technical investment or plant modernization projects;
Ensuring strict compliance with cost, quality, productivity, and safety standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001);
Planning and scheduling production runs to maximize machinery utilization, minimize downtime, and guarantee on-time delivery;
Monitoring and optimizing specific raw material consumption rates and plant-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Collaborating closely with internal support departments to maintain seamless communication and cross-functional operational efficiency;
Representing the company professionally in relationships with local authorities, certification bodies, and key external stakeholders.
Requirements
Extensive background in a similar role;
Degree in Engineering (an MBA is a strong plus);
Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
