For one of our clients, a company providing technical consultancy and engineering services, we are hiring a Procurement Specialist.
Description
Negotiating the best quality–price ratio through market analysis, cost and supplier comparisons, and defining technical and economic selection criteria, ensuring that customer expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and budget are met;
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to critically analyze design and construction solutions, identifying more efficient alternatives in terms of technical solutions, cost control, timelines, bid evaluation, and project execution;
Collaborating with internal departments to fully understand procurement needs and to align sourcing strategies accordingly;
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, ensuring that their performance meets contractual standards;
Identifying suitable technical and economic operators for inclusion in vendor lists for tenders, collecting qualification documentation and expressions of interest, and conducting financial and technical assessments based on procurement requirements;
Analyzing and evaluating tender documentation, preparing and reviewing technical and commercial offers;
Verifying and collecting the administrative documentation required for participation in tenders and for contract awards.
Requirements
Solid knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management;
Experience in preparing and analyzing tender documentation;
Ability to compare bids, suppliers, and alternative solutions;
Effective time and priority management.
