For our client, a world leader in secure connectivity solutions for embedded applications, we are recruiting a Procurement Specialist.
Description
Providing administrative support to managers and employees, particularly in relation to public procurement processes for required acquisitions;
Setting up and implementing workflows for public funding projects;
Managing the information flow for public funding initiatives in a timely and accurate manner, and monitoring execution in collaboration with involved business units;
Preparing procurement documentation and providing relevant information to bidders;
Collaborating with the internal procurement team to ensure compliance with internal processes;
Working closely with Finance teams to support project execution and alignment;
Creating regular and ad-hoc reports on procurement activities, as requested;
Maintaining accurate and well-organized records to support successful audits and project closure;
Performing other duties related to public procurement projects, as needed.
Requirements
Significant experience in managing public funding projects and a solid understanding of public funding processes within the European funding landscape, considering the local legal framework;
Highly efficient organizational skills with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines;
Strong planning skills to evaluate future needs and ensure timely procurement;
Quick learner with an excellent grasp of the overall picture;
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and English language
