Company description

For one of our clients, an electric power producer, we are hiring an Office Manager.

Description

Welcoming and greeting visitors;
Managing office document flow: registering and distributing correspondence;
Monitoring office expenses;
Maintaining an updated stock of office equipment (laptops, monitors, etc.) and ordering necessary items according to HR and IT requirements;
Acting as a point of contact between various suppliers, such as Orange / Vodafone / Palmex / PPC, for all types of notifications and invoices;
Loading meal ticket cards based on HR reports;
Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes and orienting new employees;
Keeping records related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Occupational Medicine and ensuring they are completed on time;
Managing the car fleet: scheduling routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure vehicles remain in good working condition;
Generating and obtaining the UIT code through the ANAF SPV portal, based on information provided by suppliers and project managers, and ensuring compliance with Romanian fiscal and customs regulations related to UIT usage;
Researching suppliers when needed and, after selecting the appropriate one, tracking contract signing and invoices.

Requirements
