Description

Providing general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence;
Maintaining contact with clients and keeping track of ongoing projects;
Handling documents received from candidates, employees, and employers;
Drafting, copying, and scanning documents;
Processing data into the electronic system;
Preparing reports and organizing the company files.

Requirements

Professional experience in a similar role - advantage;
Fluent level of English;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
