For our client, an important banking institution, we are looking for a Mobile Product Owner.
Description
Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the mobile applications;
Balance technical, regulatory, and user experience considerations throughout the product lifecycle;
Continuously improve the mobile applications with launching new features and drive user acquisition;
Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders and partner with local and group IT teams as well as cross-functional teams (credit cards, legal, risk and compliance) to develop and improve mobile app that delivers seamless user experience and becomes the go-to mobile banking app for everything ( loyalty, sales, customer service, customer onboarding & products cross-sell, etc.);
Use data and analytics to monitor app performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making;
Conduct user and customer research to understand user needs and pain points and continuously improve the product experience;
Project Management: Managing multiple tasks, timelines, and teams is a significant part of the role. Must be able to organize and oversee complex projects, ensuring that all aspects of product development are completed on time and within budget;
Monitor competition and perform analysis to identify market opportunities;
Closely follows current and future trends, technologies and best practices needs.
Requirements
5+ years in mobile product management (iOS and Android);
Experience with mobile development processes and analytics tools;
Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Firebase;
Nice to have: experience with Credit Cards and Agile way of working;
Strong analytical skills, a passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional experiences;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams;
University graduated/Bachelor’s degree;
Good command of English and Romanian.
