For our client, the largest software producer in the world we are looking for a Marketing Business Operations Specialist.
Description
Ensuring database accuracy and leveraging data to drive marketing decisions;
Managing internal programs and projects;
Leading junior staff to achieve results and objectives;
Tracking infrastructure spending and overseeing the full picture of spend;
Ensuring budget owners' alignment;
Helping with the distribution of Non-Retainer/Buffer and following up the status spend on the budget line for resources;
Partnering with Finance and Area BSO;
Supporting with planning related items;
Running calls and orchestrating agenda with segments and areas.
Requirements
2-5 years experience in Financial Analysis/Business Operations/Project Management;
Demonstrated experience in budget management, data mining, and reporting;
Financial state of mind with passion for numbers and strong attention to detail;
Advanced English;
Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools;
Bachelor's degree - preferably in Finance/Business Administration;
Open to learning, proactive, agile, and curious.
