Company description
For our client, a company that develops and manages residential properties intended exclusively for rental, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager.
Description
Reading all utility meters monthly and ensuring accurate recording in the management system;
Purchasing cleaning consumables in sufficient quantities and maintaining an up-to-date inventory;
Responding to tenant repair requests and addressing maintenance needs in common areas;
Conducting annual apartment inspections, documenting findings, and planning necessary repairs;
Performing move-out inspections, recording damages, and coordinating cleaning and restoration for the next tenant;
Overseeing daily cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure high standards throughout the building;
Identifying and managing suppliers for repairs and consumables, maintaining an updated supplier list;
Scheduling and monitoring maintenance and repairs for all building equipment and ensuring contracts remain valid;
Supervising cleanliness and proper waste disposal in recycling and garbage areas;
Reading and reporting utility meter data accurately, including units being vacated.
Requirements
University studies;
Previous experience in property management or maintenance, preferably with a technical profile;
Strong organizational skills and ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks;
Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants, suppliers, and team members;
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
