For our client, an American company, the largest software producer in the world we are looking for a part time Junior IT Support.
Description
Maintaining and reconciling IT asset records with Finance data;
Verifying user changes and updating asset databases;
Performing annual IT asset inventories, including movement tracking and discrepancy resolution;
Managing the laptop warehouse and returned equipment;
Preparing laptops and documentation for decommissioning, scrapping and recycling;
Coordinating recycling activities and maintaining supporting records;
Retrieving, scanning and archiving purchase, shipping and supporting documentation;
Managing correspondence and related archiving activities;
Supporting P2P teams with invoice and asset-related issues;
Collaborating with RE&F and IT teams on asset processes and issue resolution.
Requirements
Experience: final year or master's student (preferably IT or Finance related);
Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
Fluent in English;
Good communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
