For our client, a global company offering management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing, we are looking for a Junior Campus & Social Media Marketing Analyst - Employer Branding.

Description


Developing and executing comprehensive campus recruitment marketing strategies targeting foreign languages, HR, Finance, and IT students;
Building and managing relationships with universities, student organizations, and academic departments;
Organizing end-to-end campus events, including career fairs, tech talks, hackathons, and networking sessions;
Owning and managing social media presence on platforms where students engage;
Creating creative content showcasing employee stories, company culture, and career opportunities;
Developing social media campaigns that drive engagement and applications from target demographics;
Partnering with employees to create authentic content, including video testimonials, day-in-the-life stories, and career journey posts;
Working with advertising agencies to design visually compelling social media assets and campus marketing materials;
Writing engaging copy that speaks to students’ concerns, aspirations, and interests;
Fostering online communities and student networks across social platforms;
Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from prospective candidates on social media;
Tracking engagement metrics and optimizing content based on performance data.

Requirements


2+ years in digital marketing or social media management;
Studies in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field;
Strong social media expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms;
Experience with university partnerships or student engagement programs;
Knowledge of social media analytics tools and performance tracking;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, creativity and innovative thinking, adaptability, and flexibility.
