For our client, a leading company in the cosmetics and healthcare industry, we are looking for a Junior Accountant.
Description
Documenting financial transactions by entering account information;
Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options;
Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures;
Preparing payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements;
Uploading payments in the bank system for approval;
Preparing weekly payments to suppliers, taking approvals;
Working alongside senior accountants and finance professionals to prepare accounts for businesses;
Preparing financial records, and completing basic tax compliance work.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance;
Experience with financial reporting requirements;
Excellent reporting, attention to detail, and organization skills.
