For our client, the largest American software producer in the world, we are looking for an IT Onboarding Specialist.
Description
Managing the ordering, receiving, and tracking of hardware and peripherals using designated tracking tools;
Allocating hardware and peripherals to new hires based on line of business and maintaining accurate records;
Ordering mobile phones from local providers (Romania), allocating them to new hires, and tracking allocations;
Sharing new hire lists and required details with Security, Health & Safety, Reception, and Transportation teams;
Preparing ID number and alias sheets and distributing them to new hires;
Coordinating closely with HR, and IT teams to ensuring timely Day 1 onboarding execution;
Managing and ensuring the availability of training spaces for new hires;
Engaging with local managers to collecting feedback and sharing it with internal teams, and the PM;
Tracking and following up on the implementation of managers’ feedback with other departments;
Coordinating seating allocation and ensuring workspace readiness for new hires in partnership with the PM.
Requirements
Previous experience in administration, operations, onboarding, or a junior project management role;
Experience in hardware and asset lifecycle management;
Strong operational data tracking and reporting discipline;
Experience in supporting onboarding or employee enablement activities;
Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple internal teams;
Good MS Office skills and comfort working with tracking files and operational tools;
Advanced English language skills.
