International Sales & Business Development Manager

Company description

For our client, a world leader in process furnaces for refining, petrochemicals, syngas and hydrogen markets, we are looking for a Business Development Manager.


Developing new projects by prospecting the market to identify potential clients and their projects;
Identifying the decision-makers within the client organization;
Establishing meetings with the decision-makers of the potential client to develop relationships and identify current needs;
Working with the internal team to develop commercial offers that respond to the customer's needs, concerns and objectives;
Participating and engaging in setting the price of services;
Supporting proposals/ offers and using a variety of persuasion or negotiation styles that lead to the conclusion of a business;
Consulting with the company's management on business development to generate new services;
Using knowledge about the market and competition to develop sales offers that differentiate the company from the competition;
Preparing monthly reports;
Drawing up sales forecasts following the feedback given by the market.


University studies in a technical field;
Relevant experience in sales or related business development activities, preferably in a similar industry;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Very good market research and prospecting skills;
The ability to correctly identify and understand customer needs;
Fluency in English;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Availability of travel nationally and internationally;
Driving license - B category.
