We are recruiting for our client, an industrial group with extensive experience in the aluminium industry, seeking an experienced professional in industrial mechanical maintenance to join its dynamic and technical team.
Description
Performing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting;
Diagnosing equipment faults and performing rapid interventions to minimize downtime;
Monitoring critical operating parameters, including pressure, flow, and temperature;
Completing maintenance reports and maintaining accurate technical documentation;
Coordinating and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities;
Assessing equipment condition and proposing technical solutions to improve reliability and performance;
Ensuring the calibration, adjustment, and verification of complex mechanical equipment;
Participating in the commissioning and start-up of new equipment in collaboration with suppliers;
Coordinating a team of mechanics in daily mechanical maintenance activities;
Providing specialized technical support and delivering training to the operational team;
Prioritizing maintenance interventions based on their impact on production;
Supervising subcontractors involved in mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance;
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a role with advanced technical or coordination responsibilities;
English - intermediate - advanced.
